Staffly sp. z o.o. implements a project called: "Conducting R&D work on the technology of temporary work matchmaking based on psychometric and personality factors" as part of the grant in accordance with the project: „303 Innovation Fund”

Project goal: Development of technology that will enable in-depth analysis and profiling of portal users for the purpose of better matching orders in order to increase the efficiency of their work.

Co-financing of the grant project: PLN 800,000 PLN

  • The Staffly tests expanded the group of people AsistWork could invite to participate in the process by 25%. As a result, more candidates were considered after the selection process (including those with no experience, but high test scores and their subsequent work indicated that they were a good match for production),

  • The process stands out from others (candidates pass on information about the Staffly tests to each other),

  • In a situation where a machine operator attends several interviews a week or gets a call from a dozen recruiters with a similar job offer – the candidate remembers AsistWork thanks to the test differentiator,

  • The assessment of the candidate’s suitability is objective and based on reliable results,
    – expanding the group of candidates to include people with no work experience in the area, who have hidden competences.

As a temporary employment agency, AsistWork is experiencing a high demand from employers for production workers. The company’s main task is to reach blue collar candidates in an increasingly competitive environment. In order to fulfil orders, they are also looking for people with no experience but who have the aptitude to work as machine operators.

During the cooperation undertaken, candidates referred by Asistwork have so far completed a total of several hundred unique Staffly tests.

Setting up the tool on the Staffly side took seven days, while activating access on the AsistWork side took about 20 minutes.

The Staffly tool integrated with the client’s ATS recruitment system eRecruiter allowed short tests to be automatically sent to applying candidates.
