Staffly sp. z o.o. implements a project called: "Conducting R&D work on the technology of temporary work matchmaking based on psychometric and personality factors" as part of the grant in accordance with the project: „303 Innovation Fund”

Project goal: Development of technology that will enable in-depth analysis and profiling of portal users for the purpose of better matching orders in order to increase the efficiency of their work.

Co-financing of the grant project: PLN 800,000 PLN

Cooperation with Staffly has brought Telekadra and its business partner CSP (Contact Sales) significant benefits in the areas of employee recruitment, adaptation and onboarding. By using the Staffly tool, the company has been able to increase the efficiency of its HR processes, improve the comfort of its employees and reduce the costs associated with recruitment and training.

These results indicate that working with Staffly is a strategic and effective step in Telekadra’s efforts to optimise its HR processes. This translates positively into a level of cooperation with its main partner, the contact centre services company CSP.

Telekadra uses an average of 1-2,000 tests per month as part of its cooperation to date on integration with eRecruiter.

Recruitment process

Following the implementation of Staffly tests, Telekadra has seen a significant increase in the efficiency of the recruitment process. The average monthly number of interviews per recruiter increased by 26%. In addition, recruiters noted that the test results reflected well on the level of candidates during the interviews, which contributed to their comfort level.

Adaptation process

The introduction of the Staffly tools also had a positive impact on the adaptation process. The average number of candidates invited to adaptation training increased by 27%, allowing for a better selection of participants and a reduction in training organisation costs per consultant hired. Trainers also noticed an increase in the level of trainees, which contributed to their comfort level.

Onboarding

The introduction of Staffly testing has significantly impacted the onboarding process. The average number of participants successfully completing the onboarding process increased by 51% and the conversion of onboarding participants transferred to the sales department increased by 19%. This, in turn, contributed to a reduction in turnover at this stage and to an increase in the level of preparation of consultants for independent work, which was positively evaluated by coordinators and section managers.

The Staffly test objectively verifies the degree of compliance of these attributes with our assumptions. The test consists of questions that relate to traits and competencies, as well as personalised case study-type questions that are grounded in the reality of a telephone consultant’s work.

This streamlines and speeds up the pre-selection of candidates. Selected people who meet the test criteria are invited to recruitment interviews. Thanks to the introduction of psychometrics in the recruitment process:
